I’m Tatsiana and I was an English learner myself just like you ;) I was born in Belarus; my native language is Russian, and I started learning English when I was 6. I moved to the USA when I was 21 (13 years ago). I have a Bachelor’s degree in English from Kean University and a Master’s degree in Education with TESOL certification from the College of New Jersey. I spent a year in China teaching English to college students. I also taught ESL to little kids in elementary school in New Jersey. Currently, I teach academic English classes at National University in San Diego (California) preparing students from other countries to enter colleges and universities here in America. I have recently started teaching English online at EOstudy. I have worked with students from so many different countries such as China, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Mexico, Vietnam, Turkey, Russia, etc. Being an EFL and ESL student myself in the past helps me understand the difficulties and issues my students face. I am able to give the most helpful advice and use the most effective teaching strategies. I also believe learning should never be boring, therefore, my classes are always fun and enjoyable. On top of teaching English, I also teach dance classes :)
