EOstudy Privacy Policy 

The purpose of these terms and conditions are to make sure you feel satisfied and secure as a student at our academy. Our Privacy Policy clarifies what we do with your personal information as well as the academic and personal obligations your have as a student at the Academy.

Your Personal Information 

   – The Academy uses only your contact information that you have provided when filing out the registration form in

     order to contact you.

   – Do not share your personal information to any third party not affiliated with the Academy, whether for trade or

     personal use. 

   – We use your email in order to send you messages about the Academy activities and news.  You may unsubscribe

     from these emails by electing Unsubscribe from the list. 

   – The Academy uses your personal address in order to mail you your certificate at the end of the session.  You do

     not receive any other mail from us. 

   – The Academy uses you I.D.  in order to confirm the accuracy of the information you provided in the registration

     form.

Technical terms and conditions

   – It is the student’s responsibility to prepare the necessary tools required to participate in the class. ( Computer,

    headphones, Modem)

   – WiziQ is the technology used for the classes at EOstudy academy. It is an international software that is secure

     and will not cause any harm to your computer. 

   – Any file that you download from the Academy’s website will not cause any harm to your computer. 

Financial terms and conditions 

   – The student must commit to the deadlines of the cash payments that are agreed upon before.

   – In the case of non-payment the student is transferred to a collecting agency in the state that they reside in and

    may face criminal charges. 

   – The Academy insures payment receival only if sent through the security link provided.

   – The academy is not responsible for any payments not sent through the security link and cannot issue a refund 

   – In the event a student withdraws from the session they have registered for:

     1- If you withdraw from the course you have registered for, for any reason there is no refund for the registration

        fees of $ 300.00.  This amount is equivalent to the first payment that is required to download the program in

        order to attend the class as well as to book a seat in the course. 

     2- If withdrawing before the first lesson, you are issued a refund for any money you paid except for the

        registration fees which are nonrefundable. 

     3- If withdrawing after the first lesson there is no refund issued what so ever, also the student is committed to

        paying the remaining payments that are agreed upon from before. 

Amendment to the privacy policy 

EOstudy is entitled to make any changes in the terms and conditions. The date of the change will be recorded and a copy of the new amendments will be sent to all students who are registered with the Academy in order for them to have the updated terms and conditions. We believe in sharing all our news and updates with our students.
